Our Mission

TO BAKE EXCEPTIONAL, TASTY, AND DELIGHTFUL TREATS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS AND HIGH FOOD STANDARDS IN MIND.

We keep an awareness of all of the top 8 food allergens and strive to provide treats that everyone can eat:  those with food allergies, sensitivities, or just the ingredient conscious.  We hope our treats can bring back a little of the togetherness that should come with fun, tasty foods.  We source only the finest, gluten-free, vegan, kosher certified real food ingredients. We never use artificial colors or preservatives. We believe this is not only better for our bodies, but our taste buds as well, and we know you'll agree!

Why we exist

Food is a BLESSING. With that said, trying to wrap my brain around the idea of a Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free diet was quite difficult...yet necessary. My youngest son, Gabriel, was diagnosed with anaphylactic allergies to chicken, eggs, and dairy at age two.  He also has opiate effect and malabsorption of iron when digesting Gluten. Given this discovery, we embraced our new journey and the creative cooking began. Much to my surprise the results tasted great! In learning about the benefits of a gluten-free,vegan diet I became aware of the many other health concerns that can come from the foods we choose to eat. The disturbing facts around our food have led me to be much more intentional about the ingredients I put into my recipes. The more natural, the better.

Through this lifestyle change I have experienced immense joy in cooking for others that have food challenges. It didn’t take me long after Gabriel's diagnosis to realize that most options that are available at the store leave something to be desired. I strive to make foods that taste just as good (if not better!) than the “real” thing. I hope you’ll agree!
