Is Better Bites Bakery REALLY Top 8 Allergen Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, non-GMO, and Kosher?

We are! We work hard to keep our facility Top 8 Allergen Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, non-GMO, and Kosher. We started baking for our families, so we want to make products that you and your family can eat too!

Some of your products have coconut in them, why are you still considered Top 8 Allergen Free?

We are considered Top 8 Allergen free because we do not have any tree nuts in our facility or products. While some consider coconut a tree nut, many people with tree nut allergies are not allergic to coconut. We are confident that our sanitation practices will avoid cross contamination for those that do avoid coconut.

What are the Top 8 Allergens you keep mentioning?

The Top 8 Allergens are dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy.

Are there any GMO’s in your product?

No! We are verified through the Non-GMO project. If you have any questions you can refer to for any verification questions.

Are you Kosher friendly?

The store I buy your product from is always running out, what do I do?

Our products fly off the shelves sometimes, and the buyers at the stores don’t always anticipate how quickly they go. Next time you are in the store go talk to the bakery buyer or customer service and tell them how much you love Better Bites and that you hope they will continue keeping All Joy, No Worries in stock!

Does Better Bites ship?

We sure do! We currently ship anywhere in the US via UPS. We cannot guarantee the delivery date since we are using UPS as a third party shipper. We recommend that you order so that your product arrives, minimum, two days before you need it! For weekend events we recommend getting delivery on Thursday, our product will stay fresh in the refrigerator until the weekend.

If I’m ordering online how long will it take for my product to get to me?

So that your product keeps fresh, we only ship overnight or two day shipping. We will only ship out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so that UPS can get you the product you need, before it gets stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. To ensure optimal freshness, we advise you to unpack your Better Bites and refrigerate them as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Since Better Bites are perishable, we do not accept returns. However we are committed to making you happy and can offer refunds or replacements based on the situation. If you need a refund/replacement please send us a description of the product, the lot number, and pictures of the product and packaging.
